MOST MODELS ARE COLOUR-CODED: YELLOW = SOFT; RED = MEDIUM; BLUE = HARD.

AD-EC1, SOFT
1-3/8" yellow, ribbed rubber ball; 8" tough, white nylon shaft, thick vinyl grip. Excellent for low-end barred instruments, cymbals, wood blocks, hand drums, etc.. They are the perfect size for young children and unique for adults.
AD-EC2, MEDIUM
1-3/8" red, ribbed rubber ball; 8" tough, white nylon shaft, thick vinyl grip. Excellent for all barred instruments, cymbals, wood blocks, hand drums, etc.. They are the perfect size for young children and unique for adults.

AD-P12, MEDIUM
1-1/4" eliptical, red rubber ball on a 12" tough, white nylon shaft, thick vinyl grip. Use on alto, tenor, baritone, bass xylophone, temple blocks, and wood blocks.
AD-P13, HARD
1-1/4" eliptical, blue rubber ball on a 12" tough, white nylon shaft, thick vinyl grip. For soprano xylophone, only. The hard ball is too harsh for lower instruments. Also, use on temple blocks and wood blocks.

Yellow yarn wrapped over a soft 1-1/4" eliptical rubber ball, 12" tough, white nylon shaft, thick vinyl grip. When the yarn wears out, you have a brand new P11 mallet underneath! Or they can be re-wrapped and returned to original AD-P21 status. :)

AD-P23 HARD

American Drum's brand new P82 mallet is designed specifically for hand-held drums. You will be pleased with the unique construction of this mallet. The head consists of beautiful multi-colored hand-croched yarn covering a solid 1 1/2" cork ball. The head is then affixed to an American Drum durable nylon shaft, complete with a comfortably thick vinyl grip.
