PAYMENT OPTIONS:
We will send you a statement of your account every month and we ask you to adhere to the terms of your account.
If you are a COD customer, we will forward your goods immediately on receipt of payment cleared to our account.

1. Title
Property in goods supplied remains with Kurt Jacob & Company Pty Limited – ABN 56 000 579 582, and title will not pass to the buyer until receipt of full payment. In the case of credit card payments, this occurs when funds are transferred to our account held at our nominated financial institution. In the case when payment has been charged against a Kurt Jacob & Company customer's credit account, this is when payment i.e. cleared funds, has been received against the relevant invoice. In the event of default, Kurt Jacob & Company reserves the right to recover its property to the full extent of the law.
2. Amendments
Kurt Jacob & Company reserves the right to change information, amend these terms and conditions, and apply price changes at any time and from such time any changes will be effective immediately.
3. Pricing
The Recommended Retail Prices quoted in this product catalogue are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). These prices are an indicative recommended retail price and you have no obligation to comply with such recommendation. All prices are subject to change without notice. All goods ordered from Kurt Jacob & Company will be dispatched from our warehouse charged at the recommended retail price at such time less your applicable trade discount plus Goods and Services Tax.
4. Credit Terms
All Kurt Jacob & Company credit accounts are operated as the amount due, 30 days from the end of the month. Therefore, goods, which are invoiced in one month, must be paid for in full by the end of the following month except where your credit terms are stipulated as a 7-, 14- or 30-day account, in which case payment must be made and received by Kurt Jacob & Company 7, 14 or 30 days from the invoice date. Any outstanding balances on such invoices will incur a 2% administration charge with reference to overdue amounts. This administration charge is payable by you, the purchaser of the goods and will be debited to your Kurt Jacob & Company credit account. If after 45 days, payment has still not been received, any subsequent orders that you have with Kurt Jacob & Company for products or services will be stopped and your account will be put on credit hold.
5. Freight
All products are sold and dispatched from our Warehouse, being located at Unit 7, 2 Stoddart Road Prospect NSW 2148 Australia, and you are responsible for all freight costs at our scheduled rates. At the time, Kurt Jacob & Company’s dispatch personnel will judge what method is the most economical and that method will be used to freight your ordered products to your nominated shipping address. If you choose to use your own nominated freight forwarder, you will be responsible for freights costs incurred.
7. Warranty
All products sold by Kurt Jacob & Company are warranted by their manufacturers to be free from manufacturing faults. In some cases Kurt Jacob & Company will warrant the product in question, however due to individual requirements, some manufacturers require the faulty product to be returned to them to be inspected, replaced or repaired. The owner of the product will pay for all freight costs associated with return of the product to Kurt Jacob & Company for warranty. Kurt Jacob & Company will warrant upon inspection of the product and deem that it is a valid warranty claim only if the product has been correctly used and regular maintenance has been undertaken. Nothing in these conditions shall exclude, restrict or modify and condition, warranty or liability which may at any time be implied by the Trade Practices Act, 1974, or any other law where to do so it illegal or would render any provisions of the conditions void.
8. Returns & Claims For Credit
Claims for return of goods must be lodged within seven (7) days and a Return Authorisation (RA) number must be obtained from Kurt Jacob & Company. Goods supplied in accordance with your order/s will not be accepted after seven (7) days. Exceptions can be made at Kurt Jacob & Company’s discretion for the exchange of goods. On all returns, your RA number must be quoted on all relevant documentation. A restocking stocking fee will be charged for goods not returned after fourteen (14) days from the invoice date. Freight and insurance costs associated with the return of the goods will not be credited. All goods that are returned must be packaged in the original boxes and packaging and in a manner suitable for transport. Products that incur damage whilst in transit may not be accepted if packaged inappropriately. Insurance of the goods being returned, in all circumstances, is the responsibility of the person/company who is returning the goods.
